Gay Financial Network

The Gay Financial Network was created by Walter Schubert[1] in April 1998.[2] It aims at singling out businesses which practise discrimination with regards to sexual orientation.[3] It was the first gay-specific company to be advertised in The Wall Street Journal, on February 18, 2000.[2] It has been seen as an example of the merging of gay activism with gay marketing.[4]
